I received a birchen sizzle roo today. What would be the ideal color of silkie to cross him on? How does birchen work? I only have three white silkie hens to cross him on, from all white lines, less than spectacular specimens thmselves. He is actually pretty nice. His feathers are all beat to bits, but next moult He will look GREAT!!! Second question, does anyone here really REALLY NEED this bird worse than I do? ... feel free to PM me if you do.
