Hello i was wondering in your opinion how much do you thibk chicks would be at a bird auction in canada (layers please let me know) not rlly sure how this website works but its been helpful so far

Does the auction house have any guidance? Also, laying pullets just beginnning to lay are worth more than older ones.

Tell us on BYC your general location and breeds and ages of what you are trying to sell. Others familiar with your area may be able to help. Canada is rather big. Also BYC has a “swap” section and you may be able to get an idea from that. Also, under “social” you will see the forum”where am I, where are you”, and you’ll find location soecific posts and someone on that forum could help possibly. Overall, you need to be more specific.

I've been to a few bird auctions up here and it definitely depends on the season. I've seen laying hens anywhere from $10 each to $25 each. So it can really vary plus it may be different based on where you live.

Hey there get a number set a price for yourself if it goes beyond what you want to spend lay the card face down on your lap shows you stopped your bids .. try google for auction close to you
