Hello. This is not a predator problem at the moment, but I am trying to identify a bird - hawk, I presume, that I have been seeing. I have only seen this bird in flight on my way home. In flight, the entire top of the bird is white. It definitely has the wing span of a hawk or other large bird. The underside is dark. Any ideas on what this might be? Note: Bald Eagles are moving into my area, but I really don't think that this is an eagle. I've searched red-tailed hawk coloration possibilities, but have found nothing like this.
