Can people bring Bird Mites into the home from a coop and if so will the mites survive? How can one determine if there are mites in the home? Are they visible? Do they show signs of biting humans?

They will infest your house and bite you. The bites are pretty visible and itchy. I had no problems eradicating them each time.

What kind of mites are those? The little brown mites don't bite. They just tickle when they walk around on you looking for chicken.

Red mites or Northern Fowl mites?

Which kind of mite and how did you eradicate them?

I am not sure if we have them or not... from what you are saying we would know if we did.
