Bird/Predator Scaring Balloon

I recently came across this while shopping and thought I'd post here in case anyone was interested in getting one. Looks like it'd be effective in scaring off a hawk or bird of prey of you placed a few of them around. Thoughts?

Usually those work more with sparrows and pest birds, not predator birds

One BYC member put a 20' tube man up next to her coop. I can't find the thread so not sure how it's working now.

I found it finally. I thought the tube man was red but it is orange.

The things we do to protect our chickens!

We get red tailed and cooper's hawks everyday and have lost 10+ in the past 6 months.
The shiny hawk tape seemed to work for a while, but the attacks started shortly after stringing it around the yard. We tried the owl decoy, bells and other shiny ornaments but nothing worked, so we just bought an air dancer and placed it in the yard a few days ago. It looks ridiculous, but we'll see if it works....*fingers crossed!!*

We use a bird scaring pop gun, when we see predators. It’s always on hand in cherrry season to scare the cherry predators lol, and now we use it when hawks land in the yard hoping to get one of my chickens. It has a screamer, and a pound pop, sounds like fireworks. It only seems to work in the moment, as the hawks always return.
