Bird Processing IL-WI Help please!

Hi,
We live at the IL-WI border and are looking for someone to process our roosters. Most butchers don't do it , and the pheasant farm nearby only does large quantities, such as 100 birds!
Anybody who is local: do you know of any place within a reasonable distance to take our birdies to?

Do you have any friends that hunt or fish. They are a good source of game cleaners. Just a thought...it is Wisconsin.

Hi Brenda,

Twin Cities Pack Inc, is located just outside of Clinton, WI. The number is 608-676-4428. I have had two sets of birds processed there. We only took six the second time, so I know they take small quantities.
