Bird Processor in AZ

Hi,

I live in the Phoenix area and I would like to have my 4 drakes processed. Is there someone in the area that would do it for us for a reasonable rate or for one of the birds? I wouldn't mind learning myself but would rather watch someone do it the first time or have someone do it for me.
