I'd say 50% of the poops look like this these days. Manna pro chicker starter and grower, whatever they find in the grass. Is it normal?

How old are your chickens? That looks like cecal poops which are the fermented droppings from the 2 ceca (between the small and large intestines. They occur every so often.

Very normal and indicates healthy gut microbes.

At 4 weeks, watch for any signs of coccidiosis. Runny poops with mucus or blood, lethargy, standing puffed up or hunched, and not eating. Here is a good article about cecal poops:
