bird watching

Just got my first chickens. I feel like a "mother hen" . I was worried about them overnight. I've been worried about them today while at work. They are just awesome! I got them in the late afternoon and watched them adapt to their new home until almost dark. Have I lost my mind? I purchased four pullets: a Blue Maran, two Welsummer and one Barnevelder.

OOh, you picked nice breeds! I think you're a typical chicken mama! It's really amazing how easy they are to take care of......you'll relax with time.....
