Bird with bloody stools HELP NOW

hi to whoever is reading this,
I have 2 canarys and one is called Robin and one buttercup.
is ill post a picture later.
and I can see bloody stool in the bottom the the cage
I think its Robin but im not sure.
the reason I think its Robin its because he's been acting different lately
e.g not singing, and not too active.
it may be the cardboard at the bottom of the cage.
please help

It’s more like he just ate cardboard
He is fine just that day lol
