I have a chicken that looks the same! We were told they were barred plymouth rocks but only the hen is remotely similar looking to one. The botom of my boy's feet are a more pinkish, but I don't really know what that means breed wise.

Even with the blur the foot looks yellow to me. I'd say he is a Black Jersey Giant.

I don't think you have Barred Rocks then.... they have yellow skin
