Little dude found dumped

It looks cochin like to me, but it does look like it may not be feeling well. If it's around 6 to 7 weeks old, my guess would be pullet. But I am very new at chickens, so I may be wrong. Is it eating and drinking okay and having normal poops? Poor thing has had a rough start to life! You are so great to rescue it and help it recover!

It may just be the picture it'd just been dancing about then jumped on sofa and fluffed out its feathers it's eating and drinking well good poops very friendly I've got it on some.poultry tonic and chick crumb we have brooders set up for ducklings so it's got heat at the moment not sure how long it needs heat for? X

He or she looks fine to me. Better than I'd expect after that kind of trauma and neglect. Quacklet is doing a great job.

It sounds like it's doing good. It probably doesn't need heat any longer if it's fully feathered, especially if it's staying inside. Sounds like you're doing everything right, and that is one lucky baby!
