birth defects in chickens/??

well, Mole made it to 8 days old, but we found her dead last tuesday It was amazing she made it that long, we would try to help her to drink, find water, but she refused to eat...so now we are enjoying the other 5. Thanks for all your help and advice.

so your saying that my chick (bantam) probably won't make it to long it is about 21/2 months old now just noticed it the other day.
