My Girls turned 3 years old and 1 year old yesterday. We had a birthday celebration and thought I would share a recipe safe for them.
Cake:
1/2 c flour
1/2 c water
1/2 c peanut butter, no sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 peeled and diced apple
5-6 strawberries diced
mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Frosting: vegan coconut (non dairy) heavy cream, no sugar. whipped it up in the mixer.
decorated with strawberry slices and diced apple with little bit of scratch sprinkled over the dish.
the girls were a little nervous at first, then they dug right in. only ate one cake, but that was plenty for the six of them.
