Susan: It's about time she mailed me. I told her to write me when I left fir tree school, so we could keep in touch.
Selena: Nestbox magazine, free range magizine, a letter from the leghorn up the road for Sunrise, a letter from the silkie down the road for me.
Sunrise: What Silkie?
Selena: What in the world? a letter for someone called Molly McLandor.
Susan: It probably got here by mistake.We better give back it to the mail-turkey...
Selena: But it has our adress on it!
Sunrise: That's weird. I wonder if we should open it?

Sun: Open it! I want to know what's inside!
Mohawk: Stop being so nosy!
Omlette: The mail turkey just came!
Apple: Did I get something?
Omlette: Hold on! Ok, lets see...hmmm. Ok, Chick and Hen Magazine for Fry, Coop Newspaper for me, Pullet Interest Magazine for Sun, Pumpkin, and Midnight, Cooplife Weekly for Mohawk, a letter for Apple and Flap, and a get well card for Snow.
Flap: Who's the letter from, Apple?
Apple: It's from MyPetChicken.

What could that mean?
Flap: I don't know. Open it!
Apple: Ok, ok. * Everyone crowds around to see what the letter says* Guys! Stop crowding around me!* They back away*
Flap: Well?
Apple: It says that Our new chicks will be arriving during the week of April 8th.
All Chickens:

Mohawk: You guys ordered chicks!!!
Flap: No we didn't! I think this letter is meant for all of us but it just has mine and Apples names on it. Does it say what breed they are and how many?
Apple: Yeah, It says that there are 3 and one is a Black Copper Maran, another one is a Salmon Faverolle, and the last one is an Appenzeller Spitz- Spitz...Ummm. CAn you read this for me Omlette?
Omlette: Yeah, ok, it says Appenzeller Spitzhauben. A black copper maran, a salmon faverolle, and an appenzeller spitzhauben. I wonder what they look like.
Flap: There are pictures enclosed in the letter of each breed. Look.


Apple: That's a Salmon Faverolle


Flap: that's the appenzeller spitzhauben


Mohawk: And that is the black copper maran.
Fry: I wonder who's going to take care of them...Hey! Maybe I can adopt them!
Speck: But then you won't have time for me!
Fry: You'll be all grown up by then and be ok by yourself.
Speck: Oh...
Apple: This is terrible!
Sun: Why?
Apple: Because this means more annoying little chicks eating MY food and sleeping in MY Space!
Pumpkin: I think they're cute.
Apple: Ugh

Sunrise: But it has our adress.
Susan: Maybe it was for someone that used to live here but moved, and whoever mailed it had the old adress.
Selena: okay, this is creeping me out. IT DOESN'T HAVE A RETURN ADRESS!!!
Sunrise and Susan: WHAT?
Selena: Should we open it?

Snap: Well, you could start by asking the mail-turkey who he- or she- picked the letter up from.
