Buttermilk: Mommy says she's a genius.
Snap: She IS a genius!
Buttermilk: It was a pretty cool idea.
Hedwig: It all started when she was looking at my barring- thinking BR's get the best of both worlds.
Omelette: Then she said something about colored barring...
Pippy: And then she said something of how people made colored lacing and why not barring?!
Hazel: So then she was muttering to herself the whole rest of the morning-
Snap: Until Bisquick spilled Peanut's food.
Buttermilk: It was filled up and had corn sprinkled on and everything.
Snap: Bisquick flew up there the bowl did a double flip in the air spilling all of its contents.
Buttermilk: So she went in time out, then she had to clean it up, so she won't be on all day today.

Hazel: We came out for a little while, then Mommy had to go walk stinky dogs.
Pippy: And feed horses-- but I like the horses.
Hedwig: I am SO glad that I'm not in New Mexico right now!!
Omelette: Imagine how hot it would be there!!!
Snap: Why on earth New Mexico?
Pippy: That's where we're all from, Snap!
Hedwig: *stands up tall* Privett Hatchery, New Mexico!!!
Omelette: Sooo glad I'm up here on the East Coast.
Hazel: Me TOO!

Creampuff:its raining out today =( mommy wont come to play today cause she dosen't want to get wet. thats ok! i still loves her though! what are all you other chickens doing today?

Dandelion: Yeah it was misting all day! Mommy didn't let us out. SO we're just sittin' around. Mommy gave us strawberries!
