*Chicks huddle up and make sure the hens aren't watching*
Hedwig: Ok, Pip, tell the rest of the thread what happened yesterday!
Pippy: Alright well... Bissy and Butter were fighting a LOT. Bisquick wants to be the leader again, but Snap is really the leader. *looks at Hazel*
Hazel: SO--Butter would start pecking on Omelette, but then Mommy would punish her. And then the hens started fighting! *nods at Omelette*
Omelette: Bisquick would peck Butter, then Butter would run and hide-
Hedwig: Which we've NEVER EVER seen before-
Omelette: And then Snap would peck Bisquick to make her stop... They had to work it all out yesterday, but now it's all good...
Hedwig: Mommy took us out of the coop while they were fighting. They just had some issues to work out, but now I think it's good....

Selena's Diary

Olive tree Organic eggs
I need to restart my diary. I have abandoned it for so long. Meadow hill school is good. Those of us from Olive tree are all in one distinct group, the others are not. There are fifty here that are not olive tree-ers, which is an average of one per class. They must feel so different--they always sit together at lunch, rarely sitting with the Olive Tree pullets. We generally do not speak. All of them seem to think that they should not go to meadow hill, but another school, where there are only them and not hundreds of laying pullets. I feel sorry for them.
Days fly by, and it seems that summer is almosst here. The older chickens speak of summer as both a good thing and a bad. Well, I will see when I get there.
