How much of the seeds can you feed at a time?

How much of the seeds can you feed at a time?

I have 24 young adult birds, I usually give them just one hand full. It's usually the same 3 hens that get most of it so I don't give it to them very often.

I throw it as far as I can in more than one direction. Those 3 are just greedy guts that snap it all up quick and have the roo on their side. :3
