We have some buff laced polish chicks and silver laced polish chicks. When they get to a mature size and start to lay I'm wondering what colors the chicks will be if we let them all stay together. I've looked it up but wondering if anyone could help me out. Will they be able to be sexed at hatch if the roo is the SL?

If the rooster is silver laced, all the chicks will be white or off-white with some buff leakage. This is because the (dominant) white of the BF polish and the silver of the SL polish will both be present on the offspring.

What if the roo is BL and the hen SL?
