I got to black ameracunas from a breeder and was just wondering when do they start to get beard/muffs under their neck? Do they have them right away or do they grow into them?

Mine had the beards from the beginning; they are around 5 months old now and have nice full beards.

they have both turned out to be EE's one is a Roo ( which is mean to everyone) and the other is a hen
