Black Andalusian x Welsummer chick just hatched!

Our silkie has been sitting on some eggs since 4/8 and today one of them hatched! Within the last hour or two, I believe. I've included a picture of the egg (which I believe to be from our Welsummer hen, but correct me if you believe it may look like another) and the chick.

This little chick has white/cream on the chest and on the wing tips. I was wondering if you guys think this will change as it gets older or if it will likely stay that way? We’ve had chicks whose color changed when their feathers came in- so I’m a bit curious.
