Black Australorp 4 weeks Gender?

Wondering what this little guys gender is if anyone can help that would be great.

Nothing is saying cockerel yet but it's still a bit too young to say for certain. It looks like it has feathered legs though, unless it's just standing on something in the photos. Australorps should be clean shanked (no feathers on their legs or feet).

Also what temperature is the space they're being kept in? That chick looks pretty much fully feathered, so unless there are other younger or slower-feathering chicks in with it, or it's especially cold there they probably don't need a heat lamp now.

I don’t know the breed maybe it’s a black copper Maran? It does have feathered legs. There is a runt so there is a heat lamp but there’s some room where the heat lamp dosent reach the chicks that are older so they can pick whether they want to be in the shade or light.
