black Australorp gender?

Suppose to be hen..11 weeks. He makes funny noises but no crowing. Also has a green hue to its feathers
 
can you get a shot of it standing...a side shot?

a side shot may show some saddle and hackle feathers...right now, its a tough call....could be a roo...that comb is awful red and big at that age, sure of the age?
 
I agree with JodyJo, a side shot standing would be helpful. My 12 week black australorps don't have half the comb that yours does. I'm suspecting a rooster as well, but a better photo might help.
 
Yeah I will post a better pic tomorrow. I am sure of age. I got them the day they hatched. Once he decided to roost for the night he wasn't moving..lol
 
Give it a chance though, I had a black australorp hen that 'matured early' with very developed red comb and wattles. Everyone thought roo until she laid a nice big egg (she laid almost every single day!)
