I would like to get a starter flock of Australorps or Orpingtons. I would prefer to start with adults since a I am new to chickens and I don't feel comfortable raising chicks. I am looking for full size chickens, not banties.
The perfect situation would be 6 hens and a rooster. With at least two of the hens being broody. I am in central Arkansas.
My coop will be ready the beginning of March.
