I recently got a Black Australorp (spelling?) rooster and I have Rhode Island Red hens and I am wondering what that mix would look like. I would be very interested in your chickens and if you have Polish Black Australorp mixes either that would be cool.

Black is dominant to pretty much everything else, so you'd likely end up mostly with black offspring, possibly with a couple touches of red here and there.

This. The females could look a lot like black sex link hens. The males would have red leakage mostly hackles, saddle feathers and wing bows.

This hen and rooster are the result of an Australorp hen and a RIR rooster cross. Very nice calm birds and they lay well.
