have 2 Black Australorps pullets in my new flock. They are about 22 weeks old. They haven't started laying yet. I'm starting to think one is a rooster.
My reason is mostly by the tail appearance, but also does put itself between me and other chickens (protection??) and also seems to stand a bit taller. By that info and the pics...what do you think??? Thanks for any input. If you think I need better pic I can post tomorrow...thanks.
Pic #1 - Australorp in question (plus black hen and isa brown)
Pic#2 - Australorp hen
