it looks like she has a black comb, or just a black beak and no comb yet?

If your sure its a pure breed. Its likely a Black Rosecomb.

Thanks Gray Farms, Yes it is a pure breed from Ideal. She came in an assortment of clean leg bantams. I love ordering the assortments, I get to own chickens I never knew about.
