Black bear in yard, fence down, goat gone

We had a cougar here last summer too. Now, that I wouldn't send the dog after or chase with the ATV.

Glad you found your goat. I would still be worried about a bear that is not afraid of humans that is a accident waiting to happen. Please be careful.
