This is my 6 week old Splash Ameracauna chick. She has developed a black spot on one of her legs. Is it a bruise? I thought chicken bruises were yellow.

Never had the breed before but I was under the impression that Ameracauna's have blue to black legs. I wouldn't think it out of the ordinary to develop black spots as they mature...
I don't see any swelling, and since the spots seem to be restricted to individual scales I'm guessing it's just their coloration.
Of course if there's any color experts out there they probably have a better idea than I do. :)

if they’re not raised and scabby feeling/looking and if she is eating/drinking and not showing signs of weakness, it’s probably just a genetic defect that wasn’t breed out, if they are raised and scabby feeling it could be fowlpox.

Is it limping or favoring that leg?
I've had "splash" colored chicks that develop darker coloring on their legs as they get older. Yours looks to be just the color pigmentation coming out.
Oh ok! And no it doesn't seem to be limping
