Black Cochin Rooster?

Hello, I bought this Black Cochin under the assumption it was a pullet but as time progresses I think it might be a rooster. I need to figure out what gender it is.
Help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, Thank You. Now I have to decide on getting rid of this rooster or the Wellsummer rooster I have.
Does anyone know which one would be less aggressive? Do you have any advice?

If they are raised together, a lot of the time you can keep both. If you can't, I would give them a while and see who is better.

Yup, its a cockerel. Cochins tend to be more docile (mine was the sweetest thing!), I'm not sure on Welsummers though since I've never had one. You could keep both if you have enough hens to go around and if they stay friendly to each other.
