Black Copper Maran Chick

I have this BCM that is smaller than the other chicks she is with. She did seem weaker at first and I am thinking that is probably why she is a little smaller. She is between 5 and 6 weeks old now. She had better be a she - she is the whole reason I got chicks this spring (min order had me purchasing a few other breeds and one of them is looking like a roo).
Anyone wanna confirm I have a pullet???

I'm thinking probably closer to 4 weeks old and for now, I'll say pullet but a lot can change in the next few weeks.
