To the best of my knowledge, the best line of BCM's in the US is Little Peddler Farms line. They are all straight from France, and haven't had any US blood put in them. Brenda's birds are stunning, and very expensive, but holy cow they're sooo pretty!

The only downside; she lives in Arkansas, but she will ship eggs.
