I have a young BCM that has been in my coop for a couple weeks. She is still fairly young..and still very small compared to my Reds, Buff Orpington and her friend, another BCM. However, she was doing great..growing..albeit slowly and looking healthy.

Yesterday, I added in 2 Black Jersey Giant. Probably about 8 weeks old. They are significantly smaller than the other chickens in there but bigger than the BCM. When I added them in yesterday I kept an eye on them for awhile and they were all doing great.

However..this morning..I went in to check on them and my small BCM would just stand around and not run like she usually does. I caught the BJG's trying to peck on the other BCM (who would have none of it) and I'm wondering if they might have picked on her during the night and hurt her somehow.

Is there anything I can do to help her? I have her and the other BCM separated from the other chickens for now..

I'm probably going to sound like an idiot asking this..but what do I check for? I felt her to see if there were any wounds or anything..didn't feel/see any.
We are relatively new to chicken raising so some of the sicknesses and stuff I don't know much about

She has been keeping her eyes closed a lot. No bugs. Something is wrong..I just don't know what. The bigger BCM has been very protective of her and anytime I go in the coop to check on them, he (I think it's a roo) has been right next to her.
We had some issues with the very first batch of chicks we got and the two BCM's are the only survivors from it..I don't want anything to happen to her :(
