Black Copper Maran Pullet or Rooster, 4 weeks

Ok. 6 1/2 weeks old now. Any opinions as to pullet or rooster? Waddles and comb beginning to pink up, but not red yet. What do you think? It's the same size as my other two that are definitely pullets. I believe the other two are BCM and this one may be the Black Maran that hatched.

Yup. I'm a little surprised not to see any copper. Where'd you get them?

I got my BCM from a hatching egg from MPC. This pic was taken last week, at 8 weeks old. No copper here, either.

Edited: This morning I did see a bit of copper in the neck.

Definitely a Black Copper Maran cockerel. Copper didn't start coming into my Black Copper Maran until he was a little older. Here is a picture for difference.
7 weeks of age.

10 months of age. (Same cockerel in pic above.)

I got my eggs from a local farmer where I live. I believe that this one is a Black Maran and not a BCM. 1 of my eggs that hatched is a BM, but I was not sure which one. It is most likely this one.

Wow! The comb and waddle on your rooster is a lot more prominent than on mine and mine will be 8 weeks in just a couple days!

He started early, lol. This is when he was 2.5 weeks old.
