Black copper maran roo?

I've been thinking I have two roos. The black laced wyandotte is pretty aggressive and probably going to get removed if he doesn't knock it off soon. But my BCM (I think that's the breed..) acts very calm and sweet. The comb and waddles make me think roo but I'm wondering if anyone has a better guess? First time chicken mom. These 2 are 8 weeks old today.
