Rest in Peace -2017
Yeah, a hen of 11 weeks won't have any comb to speak of. He was behind the other bird, but definitely all male.

I need some help. I hatched out 2 Black copper marans a day apart. The one with the yellow comb is larger, no wattles yet, copper around the neck and has tail feathers coming in much more so than the other. I am assuming he is a Roo? The one with the red comb has no copper anywhere, is smaller than the other, tail feathers still short, but has wattles. Can I assume she is a Hen? I have looked and looked at their feet and there isn't that big of a difference. They are a month old. Any help?
