We just incubated eggs for the first time and ended up with these 4 cuties

We are REALLY hoping we get at least 1 pullet! They are such beautiful chickens!

I know next to nothing about BCMs, and this is a total guess, but if those were cuckoo I would say 2 and 2. Every batch of those I have hatched, the down feathers were lighter on the roos

Thanks for the response We are super excited that we had hatches on our first try! I'd say these are my favorite but I say that about all of our chickens! Lol

Anyone want to weigh in on guesstimates for cockerel or pullet? They're 2 weeks old. I'm pretty sure the first 3 are cockerels and the last 2 are pullets but the middle ones - I can't tell.

Nope, clean (non-feathered) yellow legs and pretty slight body type to be a BCM. I would guess a mix of some sort.

so my 4 week old chick has one white feather on it's wing. Is this something normal for FBCM? is it any indicator of a male or female?
