Hope nobody minds, but could I get some opinions on this? I'm afraid I may have 4 cockerels and one pullet out of 5 BCMs in this photo. Shy pullet in the back right. I'm holding out hope that the one in back on the left may be a pullet. Comb is just pink, not red, and smaller than the rest. All hatched at the same time. 5 1/2 weeks old.

From what I can see on these they appear to have good type for their age. I suggest letting these grow for a while and then take some pictures and come back and let us help you pick a male.

I think you are right. I have four about the same age as yours. My one cockerels comb looks the same size as in your images. One of yours is hard to see to the left standing behind the small cockerel. The comb looks smaller but hard to tell from the image. I do however see copper in the back feathering.

Betcha wont have much trouble finding them new homes! Sorry they mostly ended up being cockerels. My one young cockerel just started crowing this past week. It's so funny listening to him trying to sound so big.

He started crowing at 4 weeks of age.

LO Yeah our group are just getting to that stage, too, and one has just started crowing. We named him "Big Stuff," as in, Mr. Big Stuff because he thinks he is all cocky and cool- until the 2 year old Ameraucana rooster (Fat Albert) comes around!
