Lol yep guess they do. I just thought the oranges were a good bright contrast for the egg.bwalden, umm.........has anyone told you you hen lays eggs that look EXACTLY like oranges? ()
I'm not sure as far as breeding wise but I can tell you there are plenty of people who would want them for an egg flock and are those zip ties?I posted these boys over on the general Marans thread but did not get a lot of response so thought I'd try here. Hatched in Dec so about 9-10 weeks. These two boys did not have any white in their wings or tail feathers. I don't have any chick pics of them, but in general the whole lot looked like BCM tho some had very little white on the face, I couldn't tell you if these two were some of them or not. Since I am only breeding black copper in Marans, they will be culls, but wondering if they should go to freezer camp or if they are a color/variety someone might want to work with?
