Pullet is fine, wouldn't use rooster three, and the other two need to grow out before you can tell who's best.

The rooster would need a lot of feathering to make sure that the offspring had enough

I think chick one is roo too. I would cull number three too.

you can breed a. hen with clean shanks to a roo with feathered legs. there are several genes that work for feathered legs.
