LOL..Now I can not find the post from her. She is listing a pair of bcm's for 20.00 (about 4 months old) and has had 500 page views but no one come through. She has too many roo's and thought it easier to sell them paired up with a pullett. She lives about an hour west-south west of Knoxville, and I live an hour east of Knoxville. The orig. post was dated around Jan. 26 I think...

Well- they are mine that I'm trying to sell as a pair since I have too many roos. I have them listed for $20 for the pair. The ad has had like 300+ views, and not a single email or call. I thought that was pretty cheap for almost POL birds. The chicks alone were $6 each and I've been feeding them for 4+ months. I don't get it. I'll have to get some pics.

I went and set 7 eggs today from that breeding of the overly white chick pullet and Fuglee roo. A couple of the eggs are her sister's, but she also had a lot of white when young, and one may be from the dark sister. Guess we'll see in a few days if any are even fertile, and then wait to see if any "sports" pop up from this hatch!

Is the rooster in the first and second photo the same roo? If so, does he always stand like that? The reason I ask and it just may be the photo and him being on guard, but the photo makes him look like he has a little hunchback going on. Is this the case or is it the way he is standing?

I see some lovely little promising gals in there!

I actually have four roosters. Here are pics of three. The first one is the one you asked about, pics just made back look funny. The other two are not showing as much color yet. I am going to keep two of these three. I will post pics as they fill out to get y'alls advise.

Here are some pics of my 16 week old pullets. They are just now starting to show color. To my untrained eye they look pretty good to me. I do have one that is not in the pics that is really mossy on the chest, I am going to keep her and put her with a dark roo later and see what happens.
Any input would be appreciated.

What do you think of Ed? he is from France. Not him, the egg he came out of was.

I'll try to get a bigger picture of Ed but the camera is junk

and Ed gets suspicious and trudges off.

I was told from another FBCM breeder that eggs from these birds are the darkest around (in my area anyway)

I didn't import the eggs. The fellow I bought the chicks from did.

Your birds look great , well taken care of and happy !!! they look as though they are being bothered by a person with a camera (lol) while they are out doing their own thing (good luck guys)
