Black copper Marans feathering

I have 5 BCM chicks. 2 are 7 weeks and 3 are 6 weeks. The 2 oldest chicks are roosters but I can’t tell with the younger three. One has copper feathering coming through around its neck but the comb is a light color and no waddles. There is a huge difference between the older two and the younger three. The older two have huge combs that are bright pink with large waddles. I wouldn’t think there would be that much of a difference with them being a week apart in age. At what Age do pullets get their copper coloring?

Well, the first is a cockerel.
Pullets generally have less coloring.
