It can hold 42, I would not put that many in it. I designed my turner (reduced the size from a bigger incubator) to a 24 egg turner. If you get a bigger incubator, Don't get a Chinese yellow topper.

I don't know how dark your eggs are but I was able to see development in my BCM's on day 4.
