So April 2, 2018 I set 15 BCM eggs in Rolex Incubator First time hatching for me. April 23, 2018 8:45 AM first chic hatched. Temp set 101 degrees, humidity 40% for first 18 days. Temp 101 degrees, humidity 65% -70% at lockdown. April 25, 2018 5AM last chic hatched. Total 6 chics. I did not candle any of these eggs. So that was 6 chics out of 15 set. Not so good. These are my hens, my roosters and I collected the eggs over 7 days.
April 25, 2018 I shut down the incubator and checked the 9 eggs that did not hatch. 7 eggs were clear and just yolk and whites. Two were full developed, one had piped and the other never did. So the RECOUNT out of 8 fertile eggs I got 6 healthy happy chics !!
