Black east indie ducks

I "accidentally" bought some Black east indie duck eggs on Ebay. I've not had any experience with this breed before, I usually sell most of what I hatch but I'm thinking I might keep some of these.
Does any one have this breed? Wondered what your thoughts on them were

I don't have the BEIs, but I would imagine they are like most other bantam duck breeds(I raise Calls).
I can tell you this, they are absolutely beautiful and I sure hope they all hatch for you!
Oh, they are in pretty decent demand too, just FYI...

BEI are beautiful birds. Females are loud talkers. If you handle them a lot when babies, they are more friendly. As BEI's age they can get white feathers but they will still throw black babies. Below is a pic of a couple of mine.

Another question though that I've suddenly thought of how long do I incubate for would it be 28 like normal ducks or 26 like call being as they are small ?

I have many small, ornamental ducks and BEI's are my next purchase. I can't wait. I think they are gorgeous!
