Black/gray baby RIR?

What do baby RIR look like? I searched online and I thought it was supposed to be yellow. I took a few eggs from the hens that I brought and incubated the eggs. The chicks hatched and are black and gray. Is this right? Or could it be a mix?
 
they hatch out red w/ yellow so your chicks might be a mix

Mine are the Heritage RIR's which are noticeably darker and larger than the hatchery/utility reds of today.
