Can't help you with sexing as I am a first time chick momma also, but just wanted to say how adorable they are! I have 2 black jerseys and 2 white jerseys as part of my 27.

All 4 of my giants are supposed to be pullets according to the hatchery--let's hope they are right! I hope someone knowledgeable can help you figure out what your's are .

I thought if the 2nd set of feathers was shorter then they were supposed to be females.

I heard that if the chick had one layer of feathers it is a roo and two layers they are pulleys... I'm so confused I don't want end up keeping all roos lol
