Black Jersey Giant roos or pullets? Help!

5/6 weeks old 6 black jersey giants. Some have noticeable combs and some dont. I know for sure that one is a rooster... slowest feathering, he is a bit bigger, large red comb and wattles for his age. There are 3 others whose comb has developed much faster.. any opinions on these?



The one to the left is the known jersey rooster.. 2 other girls(?)look like the one on the right and the other 2 have combs and wattles like the picture below.





The known rooster was the only one to feather slowly and actually struts around and barrels his chest.

Can you get pictures of them standing up to compare the legs? That will usually confirm your suspicions at that age.

Thanks! I will try.. what is it that I should be looking for. Roosters legs would be thicker, or longer?

I checked their legs today but didnt see any noticeable difference, maybe they are still to young to tell that way. Wondering if I am overthinking this.. probably the ones with large combs (even though partially black)and larger waddles are roos? I just cant imagine that I got 4 out of 7. But they were ungendered, so I guess its possible. Its just seems funny that one stands out as a roo, by his stance and barreled chest, and I cant say that about the others...
