Hello,
I am in the process of raising Jersey Giant meat chickens. The goal is to raise them and offer them for sale to local small farmers. I have raised the Black Jersey Giants, but not the white ones.
I am interested in knowing which of the two (black/white) are more popular, and therefore higher in demand?
Any advise would be highly appreciated.
