Black jersey Giants

I got some black jersey giant chicks from Meyer Hatchery and i dont know a lot about jersey giants so i would like some info on weight, size, egg production, and lifespan... GO

Weights:

Cock---------13lbs

Cockerel----11lbs

Hen-----------10lbs

Pullet---------8lbs



Jersey Giants are dual purpose breeds. Jersey Giants lay brown to dark brown eggs. They provide a great amount of meat.

Jersey Giants are fully grown at about 2 years of age. My oldest Jersey Giant is 6 years old and still thriving.


Egg production will vary. Some are better layers than other.
